Excellent work. Very professional. These guys were awesome. I had my AC unit replaced. They showed up on time and went straight to work. It took about 8 hours from start to finish, which is what I was expecting. Every so often I came by to check their progress and just ask questions and they answered everything. I was so impressed with them, so I bought them lunch. I truly appreciated their hard work and professionalism. I highly recommend them for any AC needs.

Under my warranty plan my company sent Florida Air Conditioning and Heating to fix my heater which would not come on. They were on time, professional and actually fixed the wiring that was installed wrong by another company. I would highly recommend and I appreciate their professionalism and knowledge.

My wife and I are new homeowners, and shortly after purchasing our home, we began experiencing intermittent issues with our geothermal HVAC system shutting off randomly.

We initially called another well-known HVAC company in the area. After their inspection, they told us the entire system needed to be replaced — even though it was only two years old — and presented data from a diagnostic instrument to “prove” it wasn’t functioning properly. Lacking the technical background to challenge what we were being shown, we were almost convinced to move forward with a replacement that would have cost tens of thousands of dollars. Something didn’t feel right.

At my wife’s suggestion, we decided to use our home warranty and called Florida Air Conditioning and Heating. That decision turned out to be the best one we could have made.

Josh Gainey came out late in the evening, took the time to thoroughly review the system, and immediately confirmed that there was absolutely nothing wrong with our HVAC system. He explained that this type of upsell tactic is unfortunately common with certain companies that rely heavily on commissions from selling new systems — even when replacement is unnecessary.

Josh’s honesty and experience quite literally saved us tens of thousands of dollars. Instead of pushing a sale, he gave us straightforward guidance, recommended routine maintenance twice a year, and left us with complete peace of mind.

Josh has since returned to service both of our units, and everything is running beautifully.

Florida Air has earned our trust, and Josh Gainey will be the only person we use moving forward to maintain our system. His integrity, professionalism, and depth of knowledge are rare — and invaluable.

Tech came quickly on a Sunday evening. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and gave advice for maintenance.

From booking the appointment and talking with Tammi and Stephanie who are so friendly and helpful in the office about the service to the appointment itself when, Josh, their technician, came out for several appointments with several of our different units At different properties. They are the best! With lots of experience, They scheduled Josh, who quickly went out yo work through the night too fix us up in a last-minute emergency when our air conditioner failed. He and was Johnny on the spot. Their employees are extremely professional and friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

Florida Air Conditioning and Heating is top notch in every respect!! They replaced my heat pump just over 4 years ago, new air handler and duct work also, and I haven't had one problem with it. Their customer service is second to none! I have their silver service package which includes 2 service checks per year and many other perks. If they aren't your HVAC professionals, they should be!! I can't recommend them highly enough!!
