Tech came quickly on a Sunday evening. He was thorough and explained what he was doing and gave advice for maintenance.

From booking the appointment and talking with Tammi and Stephanie who are so friendly and helpful in the office about the service to the appointment itself when, Josh, their technician, came out for several appointments with several of our different units At different properties. They are the best! With lots of experience, They scheduled Josh, who quickly went out yo work through the night too fix us up in a last-minute emergency when our air conditioner failed. He and was Johnny on the spot. Their employees are extremely professional and friendly and go above and beyond to make their customers happy!

Always have a great experience with Fla Air. Been dealing with them for over 20 years when Julian and Betty owned it and I did their computer network. I have no plans to use anyone else. They arrived on time and worked right through a rainy 🌧 bad day. Their work is excellent and would definitely recommend. I was, also, impressed with the estimate and how every item to be done was listed, unlike many just basic estimates with just generic wording and a price.

Florida Air Conditioning and Heating is top notch in every respect!! They replaced my heat pump just over 4 years ago, new air handler and duct work also, and I haven't had one problem with it. Their customer service is second to none! I have their silver service package which includes 2 service checks per year and many other perks. If they aren't your HVAC professionals, they should be!! I have used Florida Air Conditioning before in an emergency situation late at night in July a few years ago. Josh was able to get to me in just about an hour and had the unit going shortly thereafter.
Luke came today for a maintenance check that was done very professionally and courtesy. Checked and cleaned all components with documentation. I will definitely use them for all of my air conditioning needs. And recommend them to everyone.

This company is absolutely amazing. We had a humidity issue and they had a technician come out for almost 2 hours but couldn’t find anything, we weren’t charged anything and their manager came out today because there was no previous resolution. He checked everything and found out it was a setting on our smart thermostat keeping the humidity up high. Any other company would of charged us for parts not needed after over all their troubleshooting it still only costed us the 99 dollar service fee.

I highly recommend Florida Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. My AC went out, in the peak of summer in Florida, and the inside temperature was pushing 90. I was very concerned because I have a small child and pets, and the first few people I called said they couldn’t come out to do anything about it for 5 days. I called and spoke with Stephanie who was so kind and helpful. She said someone could come out the same day between 8pm and midnight. I expressed my concern for my child and pets, and she said she’d work to get someone out there ASAP. And she did! Luke Brown showed up much earlier than anticipated, and he was so nice, respectful, and knew his stuff. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I had AC again in less than an hour! 10/10 highly recommend working with this company. Florida AC and Heating was great. They were able to come out the same day, which was amazing given that it's 100° out and their busy season. The technicians were professional and gave me excellent information to think about regarding the lifetime of my AC unit and pros/cons of replacing it. Florida Air conditioning and heating went above and beyond what I expected. Knowing all the ac issues going on with this FL heat they were able to get me worked in, in a timely fashion and had a whole crew show up to reseal my duct work that was never sealed properly from the builder. With a fair price and great customer service from the office staff to the techs we are back in business. Thank you all that came out and worked on our house.

Luke was great. Good customer service. Company answered our call late evening and came out within 24 hours to fix. I've also used them to clean my roof routed dryer vent. They do great work.
