Great company with great employees. We moved into an old giant house with 2 old AC units that had to be babied for a few years to keep them running... then I hired them to replace our 2 units and they did a terrific job for a very good price. From our first business encounter until today, always pleased.

I called because my AC was blowing warm. My mobile home was getting hot fast. My call was answered immediately and within 1 hr a very courteous, confident tech was at my home. I have used Florida Air Conditioning before in an emergency situation late at night in July a few years ago. Josh was able to get to me in just about an hour and had the unit going shortly thereafter.
Luke came today for a maintenance check that was done very professionally and courtesy. Checked and cleaned all components with documentation. I will definitely use them for all of my air conditioning needs. And recommend them to everyone.

This company is absolutely amazing. We had a humidity issue and they had a technician come out for almost 2 hours but couldn’t find anything, we weren’t charged anything and their manager came out today because there was no previous resolution. He checked everything and found out it was a setting on our smart thermostat keeping the humidity up high. Any other company would of charged us for parts not needed after over all their troubleshooting it still only costed us the 99 dollar service fee.

I highly recommend Florida Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. My AC went out, in the peak of summer in Florida, and the inside temperature was pushing 90. I was very concerned because I have a small child and pets, and the first few people I called said they couldn’t come out to do anything about it for 5 days. I called and spoke with Stephanie who was so kind and helpful. She said someone could come out the same day between 8pm and midnight. I expressed my concern for my child and pets, and she said she’d work to get someone out there ASAP. And she did! Luke Brown showed up much earlier than anticipated, and he was so nice, respectful, and knew his stuff. He identified the problem and fixed it quickly. I had AC again in less than an hour! 10/10 highly recommend working with this company. Pricing was great, job was completed in a timely manner and done well, and the customer service and care was spectacular. Thanks guys!

The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained in detail exactly what he was doing and how it applied to the service. He showed me the faults of the system and explained how it would affect my system. I felt confident in his ability and was satisfied with his work. A1 service and workmanship.

Florida AC and Heating was great. They were able to come out the same day, which was amazing given that it's 100° out and their busy season. The technicians were professional and gave me excellent information to think about regarding the lifetime of my AC unit and pros/cons of replacing it. I appreciate their willingness to answer my questions. I also really appreciated their ability to get my AC unit back up and working the same day.

Florida Air conditioning and heating went above and beyond what I expected. Knowing all the ac issues going on with this FL heat they were able to get me worked in, in a timely fashion and had a whole crew show up to reseal my duct work that was never sealed properly from the builder. With a fair price and great customer service from the office staff to the techs we are back in business. Thank you all that came out and worked on our house.

Luke was great. Good customer service. Company answered our call late evening and came out within 24 hours to fix. I've also used them to clean my roof routed dryer vent. They do great work.
